Thank you once again for choosing Williams Transportation Service. We have been answering quite a few questions regarding service features and prices. Here is a brief description depicted driving from our central location to your destinations of pick up and drop off when getting you to your designated schedule for flight. These prices include gratuity as well as round trip fare in useage expense. We charge for your gas useage and add gratuity for luxury of the drive. Anything additional is by client request and per request only. We do not add any hidden fees and simply quote base price+tip.

The drive we cover is based on 1 tank of gas plus mileage. The tip is based on level of service requested and the vehicle used. The fill up on an Escalade is $120. Our math is simple and fair. We split the tank. If your useage is within the tank your flat rate including gratuity is $75. Cross reference this price against any Taxi service at your disposal and find out the mileage and your end price. You will find we have you quoted up to $25 in discount if not more on your pricing.

Here is what you are getting with our pricing. You receive the added luxury of not paying for your car remaining at the airport. You are paying for the reclaimed experience in tourism. You simply remain elegant as possible as your chariot delivers you to your glorious destination. You get to reclaim the experience in customer service when it was definitely about service of customer.

Pricing for airport pick up or drop off goes as follows for a 2 passenger transport with a 1 suitecase/1 carry on maximum each. Basic rate $65 within 25 mile radius, $75 within 50 mile radius, and if over 50 miles the charge is $3 per mile over the 1st 50 miles. These rates cover all expenses with a slight grauity added for convenience and time management.

We charge on a per person basis and treat all passengers as one individual ride. If 3 people want a trip to airport from same destination we charge per passenger as if we were picking them up on an individual transport reqeust. All sales are final and complete at the click of the button. If you have a special rate quoted to you or are using a prepackaged event quote then your quote is in good standings based on the package or the special rate details.
