PRIVATE RIDES ONLY SERVICE

CHARLES WILLIAMS LIMOUSINE AND DRIVER SERVICE

Charles Williams Limousine Service is now a private service for members only.  The decision to service as a private service or members only is a thank you to those whom entrusted the Williams Transportation Service Group with their request for service during our 2 year growing process.  We now are prodominantly a members only service which covers the Dallas and Ft. Worth metropolitan area and subdivisions. 



BUSINESS STANDARD
We are targeted to meet a minimum standard in booking of service based on one vehicle, one driver, and one year.  New vehicle and driver campaigns must maintain a minimum of 200 bookings annually.  We have 3 dedicated drivers and when each individual target goal is met we enhance the service to enhance the customer base of  our private dirver service.



NON MEMBER BOOKING REQUESTS
Non member requests for service are billed as $150 an hour at an 8 hour minimum and requires a valid credit card on file  in case there are any incidentals such as overlapping of time, destructiion of equipment, clean up fee, refuel costs required due to distance versus time exceeds fuel, or addition of time during the drive. 
We then perform an audit of equipment and itenorary. Once the audit has been verified an itemized invoice is emailed to your dedicated email address reflecting your $1,200 charge for request of service and The Adjusted Charge for service/Refund processed to your card on the following business day (Monday's thru Fridays).



HOW TO BOOK SERVICE
There are two options for booking of service.  Become a member and pay either online via the pay pal option or contact our booking agent via 972-679-4449 and speak with Julia and advise you need to book your membership for private driver service.

Your second option for booking of service is paying online $1,200(1 passenger) $2,200( for group up to 10) via the pay pal service option for your date request of service as a non member, and  await the adjusted charge amount/refund  is made to the card on file on the following business day after payment processing has completed.  Be certain to address all or any concerns at the time of the audit to ensure a timely response.
